Instruction: Add all the ingredients into a blender or food processor and blend until creamy.
Cherry Smoothie
- 1/2-cup of warm milk
- 1/2 cup of pitted cherries
- 1/4-teaspoon of nutmeg
- 1-teaspoon of honey
- 1/2 of fresh medium banana
Almond & Flax Seed Smoothie
- 2 tbsp. of peanut or almond butter
- 1 banana
- 1/2 cup of almond milk
- 1 tsp. of honey
- 2 tbsp. of flax seed
Green Smoothie
- 1/2 cup of uncooked oats
- 2 cups of baby spinach
- 1 cup of cooled brewed chamomile tea
- 2 large bananas
- 2 tablespoons of almond butter
Peanut butter banana smoothies
- 1 cup of milk
- 1/2 cup of peanut butter
- 2 cups of ice cubes
- 2 ripe bananas
- 2 tbsp. of honey
