Hakkasan invites guests to celebrate and rediscover true Cantonese cuisine through innovative flavourful dishes, using traditional techniques and finest ingredients with a contemporary flair.


True to its Chinese heritage and brand values, the new a la carte menu offers a brand-new selection of seasonal and iconic dishes catered to every taste. Some of the new dishes highlights include the Alaskan king crab leg with black bean and taro mousseline, the Canadian lobster in chilli and garlic, the Szechuan style lobster tail, the Cherrywood smoked chicken with crystalized rose, Wok-fry wagyu beef rib eye with black garlic and finally the Crispy bean curd salad.  Enrich your taste buds with two additional dishes to the dessert section which include, the Spiky lemon and the Black sesame dumpling, which is an intensely flavourful, rich, and aromatic black sesame filling oozing out of the dumplings. Additionally, the enhanced beverage section has also been transformed to include the Bubble cherry, Kumquat sunrise, Plum daiquiri, Grapefruit julep and finally the Honey and Basil.

Guests can still enjoy Hakkasan’s long-standing favourites and signature dishes, which are still on the menu, including the Supreme dim sum platter, the Crispy duck salad, the Jasmine tea smoked wagyu beef ribs, the grilled chilean seabass with honey, the Sweet and sour chicken with pomelo, the Stir-fry black pepper rib eye beef, among others.
