Dinner and Dancing – a favorite weekend plan for anyone in Qatar – Walk into Trader Vics at The Hilton Doha.

Delicious food and dancing all night welcomes you to this place on the beach front with an ambience that spreads happiness and also satisfies your taste buds.

The first Trader Vic’s restaurant in Qatar brought its trademark Asian-Polynesian fusion to the Hilton Doha. Trader Vic’s is known as the home of the original cocktail Mai Tai, and it offers guests a South Pacific experience by the beach with a live band and a vibrant tropical colour theme. It continues the tradition with an ever-evolving menu featuring dishes from the Mediterranean, the Middle East, Asia, and Japan.

One of the special things about this restaurant is its Chinese wood-fired ovens, spreading the smoky flavours of this ancient cooking method, with dishes like Indonesian Rack of Lamb or the fork-tender BBQ beef. They have a large selection of bar bites, the Trader Vic’s traditional homemade finger food is meant to be shared and is served with signature Canton Catsup and hot Mandarin Mustard.

In 1944, after his historical creation of the original Mai Tai, his most popular drink, Trader Vic created over 200 signature cocktails. Best described as Paradise In A Glass, each handcrafted cocktail is an experience all on its own. It is served in their own vessels, mugs, and glassware.

You can admire the sunset over the glittering sea as you sip your drink on the terrace during happy hours which are from 4pm – 8pm. The ambience is great to spend an enjoyable night with live music, delicious food and unique drinks, all of which create a delightful atmosphere. You can celebrate your anniversary in a romantic mood or you can go with your group of friends for a salsa special on Friday nights. The place is suitable for all occasions.

This worldwide restaurant and cocktail bar chain brings its polynesian inspired interiors and grass skirts to the Hilton Hotel in the west bay.
