Spiced yellow cake meets creamy cheesecake in this treat that’s as scrumptious as it is stunning.

Ingredients:

1 (15 oz( box gluten-free yellow cake mix
2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice, divided.
16 oz. cream cheese, at room temp
1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
1 tsp. vanilla extract
2 eggs, at room temp.
4 apples thinly sliced
1 (11.5 oz) jar caramel sauce

Preparations:

  1. Heat oven to 359°F. Prepare cake mix as package directs, adding 1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice. Pour batter into parchment-lined 10″ springform pan. Bake 45minutes or until done.
  2. Reduce oven temperature to 325°F. Using electric mixer on medium speed, beat next 4 ingredients 5 minutes. Pour batter over cake; bake 50 minutes. Let cool; cover and chill at least 6 hours.
  3. In pan over medium heat, saute apples with remaining pie spice 45 minutes. Pour caramel sauce over cake; top with apples. Garnish as desired.
