Tea is the most widely consumed beverage in the world, second only to water and is nearly 5,000 years old. It has been a source of health benefits with its different varieties for centuries. The world has two types of people; coffee people and tea people. However, one difference is that the tea people are reaping the multitude benefits listed below.
