Daiquiri Day: Healthy Virgin Daquiri Recipe

Not that we needed a dedicated day to celebrate this classic cocktail; but today is National Daiquiri day! The delicious strawberry slushy-esque beverage is to be celebrated today, and we have a suggestion. Instead of heading to your nearest bar and ordering a tall glass of it- why not try it out yourself? We’ve put together this delicious but healthy recipe for making your very own virgin Daiquiri to celebrate the occasion!

Time: 3 mins!

Yields: 1 full blender

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 Cup hulled and sliced stawberries
  • 1/2 oz fresh lime juice
  • 3/4 Cup Chilled Lemon-lime Soda (7up Lime can work)
  • 4 Ice cubes
  • 1 TBSP Honey

Method:

It really couldn’t be simpler with this recipe! You simply place all of the ingredients into a blender and turn it on. The truth is this recipe probably takes less than 3 mins.
