New outdoor experience. Hotel expands to the sea with Doha’s most anticipated open-air seaside lounge, located on the Arabian Gulf.

Four Seasons Hotel Doha, an award-winning oasis-like property ideally located on a private beach in the heart of Doha, is pleased to announce the opening of the hotel’s newest dining experience with The Pier, a casually chic outdoor seaside shisha lounge.  The Pier joins the likes of the hotel’s renowned and innovative culinary concepts, including Nobu Doha, Elements and Shisha Terrace, acclaimed for creating unparalleled and experiential dining experiences for guests.

As with its namesake, The Pier takes dining to the sea with an 864 square metres expansive pier anchored on the Arabian Gulf.  The well-appointed location, just 60 metres from the beach, allows for panoramic views of the marina and Doha’s cosmopolitan cityscape.  Open in the cooler months from October to May, the casually chic open-air venue features five luxurious private cabanas and covered pavilions, set along the curving pier.  The private cabanas each accommodate seating for up to 8 guests, additionally, the covered pavilions seat up to 48 guests, and is an idyllic and stylish location to meet for cocktails at sunset or late at night.

The Pier’s menu features Arabic fusion cuisine, artisan cocktails and creative shisha flavors.  From cold and hot mezzeh, to mohamara and saj, to favorites from the land and sea, The Pier showcases an expansive menu of traditional and modern Arabic cuisine, and infused with global favorites.  Menu highlights include, Black Truffle Hummus, Mexican Chicken “Shawarmito” with Harissa Guacamole, Arabian Surf & Turf with Grilled Omani Lobster, Beef Tenderloin and Lamb Kofta; and Mary Biscuit Um Ali

The Pier features an unrivalled bar experience, developed by well-known London cocktail aficionados Fling.  The bespoke cocktail menu captures a sense of place with the curated selection of refreshing cocktails and mocktails.  The signature menu invites guests to sip and savor at The Pier’s relaxing outdoor setting.
