Well, this keto cheddar biscuit recipe will leave you checking the nutrition facts with every bite; HOW could this be low carb??? We’ve got it down to a science, and this buttery ball of joy will melt in your mouth instantly.
Servings: 4 biscuits
Ingredients
2 cups Almond Flour
1 tsp Gluten-free baking powder
1/2 tsp Sea Salt
2 Large eggs (beaten)
1/3 cup Butter
However much cheddar you want!
Method
- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F and line your baking sheet with wax paper or foil.
- Mix the dry ingredients in a large bowl and then stir in the wet ingredients.
- Scoop out your desired size portion of the dough and form into a round biscuit shape.
- Place each biscuit onto the baking tray and flatten them slightly. Top them with a sprinkling of cheese and bake in the oven for 15 minutes.
- Once the tops of each biscuit look browned, remove from the oven and allow to cool for 10 minutes. Now, dive in!
