SNOW DUNES

Fun Below Zero at Doha Festival City – Snow Dunes in Qatar, the first snow experience in Qatar. The slopes are themed around a fantastical Arabian city with 9 exciting attractions: Dune Dash – longest slide in the park; Snow Storm – duo racer ride that will take you by storm; White Dunes – dune bashing through snowy hillocks; expedition to the top of Snowy Mount; Snow Slide – slide covered in snow; Snow Motion – merry-go-round with an icy twist; and cafe and restaurant in the middle of snow: San Bouk & Snow Dunes restaurant, and lastly, the Magic Box that will turn every occasion into an unforgettable celebration.

OUTDOOR LEISURE TRAIL

The Outdoor Leisure Trail surrounding Doha Festival City caters to both running and cycling. Designed with fun and fitness in mind!

Free to use for all Doha Festival City visitors, The Outdoor Leisure Trail has a number of different route features and offers various surfaces with inbuilt gradients and obstacles to suit all abilities of mountain bikers. The running track also has exercise stations along the route, allowing both casual and more serious runners to exercise and enjoy the green spaces being created as part of the project.

The Outdoor Leisure Trail consists of 13 different Technical Trail Features (TTF) suitable for beginners and more advanced cyclists wishing to improve their mountain bike skills, with each TTF designed to simulate challenges one would encounter on an Outdoor Leisure Trail. Features include Grade Reversals, Berms, a Pump Track, Wedges, a Rock Causeway, Drop Offs, Rock Gardens, Water Causeway, EcoPlastic boardwalk, Mist Tunnel, Rollers & Jerms, Rock Climbing, and a wrap-up section to put all skills to the test.
