Msheireb Properties, Qatar’s leading sustainable real estate developer, has added a new achievement by winning first place in the GCC Award for Municipal Cooperation in its third session 2020.


The win was announced on the back of approving the decision of the GCC Award for Municipal Cooperation Jury, held in February 2020 in Riyadh.

The winning criteria was based on the developer’s compliance with allocating requirements for : people with special needs and following the highest international standards for their access & movement.

This includes interactive pedestrian signals, easy access to car parking, control gates and ramp slopes at each sidewalk.
