Katara Art Studios continues to offer a variety of workshops as part of its rich educational program on visual arts aimed at honing the artistic talent and creative abilities of aspiring artists of different ages.

To be held from September 1 to 15 from 3pm to 8pm at Katara Cultural Village Building 19, the art and craft workshops include paper cutting and design, felt crafting, painting for beginners, silkscreen printing, among others.

The workshops are catered to children from ages 4 to 11 and will be conducted by artists Grace Castrodes, Jaya Elizabeth Jacob, Janithri Perera and Liji Abdullah.

In addition, Islamic Geometric Decorations Workshop by artist Mozah al-Kuwari will be held from September 8 to 10 from 5pm to 8pm.
