When you’re a new mom and have a whole lot of things to get done, being able to run home to breastfeed in the comfort of your own nursery definitely isn’t practical 100 percent of the time. Babies need food—and sometimes that means breastfeeding at work, on the trainor pretty much anywhere. And yes, it happens to celebrities, too. While Jessica Alba was out shopping on Friday, her son needed to eat—so she managed to find a place to sit with him: the Target dressing room. It’s possible that nothing has ever been quite so relatable.

The actress and The Honest Company founder posted a photo on herself and her baby on her Instagram story. In it, she’s staring at the camera and holding her baby to let him breastfeed. For any mom who has had to run out to Target to grab essentials for the family, but has a child who needs to be fed now, this image is too real.

This isn’t the first time Alba, who welcomed her new son Hayes on New Year’s Eve, has posted about breastfeeding in public. Earlier this month she put up a photo of herself breastfeeding at the office. She had to go into work for half a day despite being on maternity leave, and so she brought Hayes along and breastfed him there.

Alba is one of the many women fighting against the the stigma that has been forced on women who breastfeed in public. Celebrity moms like Amanda Seyfried and Candice Swanepoel have been spoken up about being shamed for feeding their children in public. And last year a city councilwoman in Wisconsin was banned from breastfeeding at her seat, which hindered her from doing her job.

While there has been some progress—even the Pope gave woman permission to breastfeed in the Sistine Chapel—there is still a long way to go to get rid of the stigma women face every day.
