The Ministry of Interior has urged HR/Admin managers of public and private companies and establishments to remind all their employees, including workers, who are yet to register their national address to do so before July 26.
This should be done to prevent any violation of the relevant law and any legal consequences thereon, the ministry has said in a statement.
The national address can be registered through the Metrash2 application or MoI website.
Registration of the national address comes in implementation for the provisions of Law No 24 for 2017 on the National Address, and HE the Minister of Interior’s Decree No 96 of 2019 on implementing certain provisions of the above law.
