I really believe if you want something bad enough, you can make it happen. There are so many ways to make it happen, but you have to want it enough.
There are no golden rules, or guidelines, but here are a few steps I use:

Step One:
Clear your head by writing things down. We have so much going on in our heads on any given day; it can make it hard to focus. Thoughts can become a lot clearer by putting pen to paper and writing them down. Be clear about what you want to achieve, the universe likes detailed specifics. Let it flow. Anything is possible. Maybe you can get yourself a little notebook that you carry around with you all day, as soon as something comes to mind, write it down.

Step Two:
Say no to any negativity in your life. That means people, places, distractions and habits. Drown out any noise that makes you lose concentration and makes you feel bad about life and yourself.

Step Three:
Review the goals that you wrote down, refine them; rewrite them if you need to. Put your feelings into the words as you write them down. See your dream, visualize it materializing, hear it, smell it, live it.
