City Centre Rotana Doha hosted a world-class celebration of the Japanese Ocean Day, one of the most recent official Japanese holidays, at its award-winning restaurant “Teatro”. City Centre Rotana made it special by offering its guests and visitors with a perfect place to unwind and relax.
The Japanese celebrate the third Monday of July as the day of the Ocean. It is a tribute to Japan’s maritime economic prosperity. Also to show appreciation for the ocean’s virtues as the ocean surrounds Japan from all directions. Teatro restaurant has been known for its global cuisine. Where eastern, continental and Japanese are some of the most relished delicacies by guests.
To celebrate this occasion, the Teatro Chefs prepared a special menu by designing a variety of Japanese dishes. The dishes included a wide variety such as Assorted Profusions Sushi Platter, Spicy tuna Tamaki, crispy California maki, nigari salmon, nigri tuna, nigari ika, Sashimi salmon, sashimi tuna, sashimi Suzuki, Unique ‘Kanto’ soup, Seaweed, daikon, shrimps ball, Tofu, Egg, Miso, Spicy Smoked seabass with Sweet plum, Fukushimaken Teriyaki Tiger Prawn, Mix Seafood Chawanmush, Pan Seared scallops with seafood garlic sauce, Steamed black and white Japanese rice. Along with side dishes as well as delectable desserts to choose from.
