Executive Chef Damien Leroux launches a new collection of delectable dishes showcasing delicious seasonal flavors. Damien Leroux interprets Alain Ducasse’s cuisine with a modern and refined approach, consistently capturing and enhancing seasonal produce.
When: From Saturday 15th of September (closed on Fridays)
Includes: Options include ‘Blue lobster, courgette and redcurrant’ or a refreshing ‘Marinated king fish, pomegranate and lemongrass’
