Abdullah Abdulghani & Bros. Co. (AAB), the exclusive distributor of Toyota and Lexus, is holding its second AAB Treasure Hunt in collaboration with the Public Parks Department of the Ministry of Municipality and Environment (PPD-MME) on Friday, 23rd March 2018.
The AAB Treasure Hunt 2018 is a CSR activity to create awareness on environmental care, to promote the public parks in Qatar and to highlight road safety.
AAB’s corporate culture involves contributing towards a Green environment and encouraging Work Life Balance, hence the collaboration with the Ministry. The Ministry continues to revive and renovate existing parks in Qatar as well as introduces new locations to the community across the country. By providing these leisure parks for the community, the public parks are also the Ministry’s way of creating a “Green” Qatar. These parks particularly serve as a family hub providing ample space for families to enjoy nature as well as for children to have enjoyable and safe play areas. The Ministry also recognizes the need to encourage sport activities among people and children for a healthier lifestyle through the variety of leisure parks.
One of AAB’s fundamental values for the 2018 AAB Treasure Hunt is road safety. AAB Treasure Hunt is not a race. Participants will explore several beautiful parks in Qatar, solve brain teasers, complete park challenges and find the hidden treasures in the lowest amount of time spent in each designated public parks to get a chance to win valuable prizes, worth QAR 5,000, QAR 3,000, and QAR 1,500. On the heels of last year’s successful event, all the participants of the AAB Treasure Hunt 2018 are in for a truly enjoyable and entertaining experience made even better with new challenges and significant “treasures”.
Participants for the Treasure Hunt can submit their application entries through AAB Qatar on Facebook, Instagram and AAB website www.aabqatar.com/treasurehunt. Moreover, the public is encouraged to follow AAB Qatar’s social media accounts and #mytreasureaab to get more details about the event.
AAB is committed to building and developing sustainable communities through its CSR initiatives that promote and support Qatar National Vision 2030.
