The Customer Service Division of Abdullah Abdulghani & Bros. Co. W.L.L. (AAB) recently concluded the National Service Advisor Skills Contests. The AAB Skills Contest showcased the talents of the Service Advisors in handling customer’s request at each touch points and by showing their skills in Customer Care and Technical knowledge.
In the early 90’s, Toyota Motor Corporation (TMC) established the Toyota International Customer Service Champions’ Society to provide the deserved recognition and motivation for Toyota customer service personnel worldwide. It was then that AAB started the National Skills Contest. The Skills contests are regularly held to hone and develop further the capability of our staff as we cater to our customers.
With the theme “Aspire, Achieve and Believe You are a Champion”, the Event boosts the employees to do their best all the time.

2nd Runner up SUDEEP PUTHUKKULANGARA THAZHA KUNI
Mr. Yazan Mustafa, COO – Commercial & Industrial (C&I) Division along with Mr. Arunkumar, Director – Customer Service Division and other AAB Senior Managers led the event with Mr. Masayuki Fukumori, Field Operations Manager of TMC Bahrain Regional Office.
