Doha – Qatar. W Doha Hotel & Residences is hosting yet another electrifying art exhibition to kick off the month of April.  Fortunately, exceptional art exhibitions are constantly in full-bloom at ART 29, W Doha’s vibrant art space, where guests can enjoy some culture and get in touch with their artsy side. The latest addition to the space by the “International Artists of Doha (IAD)” will be under the theme of “Science and Technology”, taking art lovers through a journey of how both aspects impact our daily lives. The opening reception for the showing was held on April 6th and will remain open to the public until May 6th, 2019, from 10am-10pm daily.

For the second year in a row, IAD will feature the artworks of 25 talented artists that come from different cultural backgrounds and professions at the infamous ART29 space. IAD aims to foster meaningful contemporary art and discussions amongst its members and the community. This gallery will provide an open space for art enthusiasts to connect with works of passionate artists and how they tackle the idea that there are no boundaries in art, how science and technology play an imperative role in our lives and that their love for art that is the common thread tying them together.

The International Artists of Doha (IAD) Group – formed in 2011 by two Dutch artists – is a non-profit organization – providing the opportunity for local and international artists based in Doha to showcase and expand on their creative narrative. Once a year, IAD showcases its members’ artworks to the public by organizing galleries accompanied by workshops and live paintings giving the community a chance to enjoy the work of talented artists passionate about the work they do.
