  • 5 oz mixed greens (140 g)

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Add sweet potatoes, cauliflower, and Brussels sprouts to a baking tray.

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 4 teaspoons honey
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 6 oz salmon, 4 fillets(170 g)

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Add the asparagus onto a baking tray and coat with olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic.
  3. Place salmon fillets in the middle of the baking tray.
  4. In a small bowl, add the olive oil, honey, and garlic. Mix until well combined. Coat salmon with mixture.

  • 12 oz broccoli floret(340 g)
  • ½ white onion, sliced
  • 1 ½ lb flank steak (680 g)

STEAK SEASONING

  • 1 ½ teaspoons salt
  • 1 ½ teaspoons pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a small bowl, add the salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and onion powder. Stir until well combined.
