  1. Lemon
  2. Ginger
  3. Capsicum
  4. Spinach
  5. Parsley Leaves
  6. Lettuce Leaves
  7. Celery
  8. Kale
  9. Green apple [for sweetness]*


  1. Add all ingredients with half cup of water in a mixer.
  2. Grind it well and serve.
  3. Its better to drink in the morning on empty stomach.

*For sweetness, you can add green apple.
