Leading hypermarket and supermarket chain Carrefour Qatar has released the new version of its mobile application in Qatar, by adding additional features to improve the look, feel and overall user experience in line with Carrefour’s commitment to constantly innovate its customer service offering.

The app now provides Digital Receipts, allowing customers to keep track of their latest purchases and also features the digital MyCLUB Card directly on the landing page, to ease the checkout process. The mobile application also offers access to the latest promotions, discounts and leaflets as well as a direct link to the Carrefour Qatar website; additionally, a new ‘Finder’ tool helps customers locate the nearest Carrefour branch based on their location. Users already registered with the mobile application will have their MyCLUB points automatically transferred to the newly updated app.

Loyal MYCLUB customers will receive weekly mobile offers, earn points faster, and other rewards. They will also have access to personalized coupons and earn bonus points on specific products and brands. Furthermore, for every 500 points, MyCLUB members will receive a 50 QAR loyalty discount at the checkout in store.

To date, the Carrefour mobile app has attracted 440,000 downloads.
