You will need:  Bell peppers, Jalapeño (optional), tomato, garlic, salt and pepper

Method:

Keep your burner at low to medium heat, and hold the bell pepper directly over the flame. You can poke a skewer or fork into the bell pepper to avoid burning yourself. Turn the bell pepper around and make sure all sides are well cooked. Cook 2 bell peppers in this way and let them cool down.

Meanwhile cook 2 tomatoes in the same way and let it cool.

Peel the charred skin off of the bell pepper and cut the cooked part into smaller pieces. Do the same for the tomatoes.

Heat a pan with some oil; add 2 cloves of chopped garlic into the oil and mix. Now, add the cut jalapeño and roasted tomatoes and cook till it melts in the pan. They go well together with bell peppers and any seasoning of your choice.

This is a great dip for breads and even for white rice. It is not very spicy and the spice level can be adjusted based on the kind of pepper you use.

Pour the milk mix on the layer such that the bread absorbs it all and there is no excess. Now add another layer and pour the milk mix.
