2 mangoes, seed removed, peeled and chopped (2 cups)
2 cups mango sorbet
2 containers (6 oz each) Original yogurt French vanilla
1 1/2 cups fat-free (skim) milk or soymilk
1 In blender, place ingredients. Cover; blend on high speed until smooth.
2 Pour into 6 glasses. Serve immediately.
Mango adds vitamins A and C, and the yogurt and milk add calcium and vitamin D. For the best flavor and color, choose ripe mangoes; look for skins that are yellow with blushes of red.
