What To Eat More to Lose More

Not all calories are created equal. Different food go through different metabolic pathway in the body. They can have vastly different effects on hunger , hormones and how many calories we burn.Eating more of these food, can help us slim down. Going on a healthy diet can help us being fit.

EGGS

Eggs are rich in protein that too high quality , fats and essential nutrients, which consist of vitamin D. The time of day we tend to eat , which makes them a powerhouse for weight loss. When we eat high protein breakfast it eradicates us for weight loss . because protein increases satiety while regulating hunger and appetite hormones, helping fend off our hunger until lunch time.

Studies have found that eating eggs for breakfast has left people satisfied than who had bagels which made eat less for the whole day.

AVACADOS

These are high in monounsaturated fatty acids , potassium and phytochemical which can help diminish belly fat. Avocados are higher in calories than other fruits and vegetables , their fat and fibre combo helps us slim down .Having them wit our morning breakfast , making certain shakes or juices .

YOGURT

Yogurt is basically baked and enriched with probiotics, which is totally good for our health.Eating more fiber and probiotics helps keep our gut bacteria happy, which indeed can be good for our metabolism. Technically greek yogurt was associated with reduced appetite and increased satiety.We should always be careful with the one with added sugars in flavored yogurts.

FRUITS

Trying out fresh fruits can really help us in loosing weight , especially when swap in fresh fruits for processed foods or other unhealthy snacks. We get a naturally sweet treat , plus with the benefits of fibre and antioxidants.

BROCCOLI THE GREENY LEAVES

These leaf are incredibly healthy and very high in all sorts of vitamins , minerals and antioxidants. These includes calcium , which has been shown to aid fat burning. Eating them is a great way to increase the volume of the meals and diet with a low energy density make people eat fewer calories overall.

BEANS

Some beans can be beneficial for weight loss. This includes lentils , black beans .These tend to be high in protein and fibre. They also tend to contain some resistant starch.

SOUP

Most foods with a low energy density are those that contain lots of water, such as vegetables and fruits.When we eat the same exact food ,which is made in the form of a soup ,instead of solid, makes people more satisfied and eat fewer calories.

GRAPE FRUIT

The grapefruit group also had reductions in insulin resistance, a metabolic abnormality that is implicated in various chronic diseases.

So eating half a grapefruit about a half hour before some of your daily meals may help you feel more satiated and eat fewer overall calories.

WHOLE GRAINS

This includes some whole grains that are loaded with fiber and contain a decent amount of protein as well. For an example such as oats, brown rice .

Oats are loaded with soluble fibers that have been shown to increase satiety and improve metabolic health .They are rich in carbohydrates, but there is nothing wrong in consuming some of the healthier grains , if you can tolerate them , and when we are not in low-carb diet.
