I love doing yoga and I’ve been practicing it trying to do it regularly. Of course I’m nowhere near where I want to be with it at the moment – that can take years of practice but I want to continue to practice yoga, regularly and and hopefully in the process get more flexible and have a clearer head and better wellbeing for it!
