We don’t hate it, TBH.

We have officially reached peak ’00s nostalgia: Bratz Doll makeup is officially a beauty trend.

According to Yahoo! Lifestyle, the nostalgia-inducing makeup looks — inspired by the fabulous dolls you no doubt owned and loved — is making the rounds on the Internet. “When I was younger, I always wanted to be a Bratz doll — I had all of them and the movies,” 19-year-old Natalie Martinez, who styled her face like one of the dolls, told Yahoo! Lifestyle. “I always thought Bratz were cooler than Barbie in terms of fashion and makeup; they honestly had a ‘passion for fashion,’ and a lot of girls get inspired by them today still.”

For those who didn’t idolize this fashionable doll #squad as a kid, Bratz Dolls launched in the early ’00s as a seriously glammed up version of the run-of-the-mill Barbie dolls most millennials were used to. Their street style was always on point (think: fur vests, cheetah-print pants, and a lot of platform shoes) and they were not messing around with their makeup. Each doll had her own particular look, but they were all partial to glossy lips, bright eyeshadow, and winged liner that would give Kat Von D a run for her money.

Though the Internet is blowing up with these new looks, it actually isn’t the first time that the Bratz gang has been credited with inspiring some of today’s makeup trends. Earlier this year, The Daily Mail ran a story comparing the glam styles of some top celebrities — Khloe Kardashian, Gigi Hadid, and Rihanna, to name a few — to the dolls, and the Bratz and their real-life counterparts actually do look shockingly similar. Plus, let’s not forget the time that Kendall asked Kylie, ‘Does anyone ever tell you you look like a Bratz Doll?’ AKA the greatest compliment of all time.

Bratz dolls were tragically taken out of production in 2014 but will reportedly be making a comeback next year. Does anyone else feel a makeup collab coming on?
